Invite+ is a Discord bot that provides invite tracking, giveaway management, leveling systems, message counting, and server management features. The Bot is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. You may not:

• Use the Bot to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the Bot's features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Bot to spam, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems

The Bot collects and stores data necessary for its operation, including but not limited to: server IDs, user IDs, invite data, message counts, and configuration settings. For detailed information about data collection and usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Cryptoric Development. The Bot is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cryptoric Development shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or any other issues.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
