Agreement to Terms
By using Invite+ ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.
Invite+ is a Discord bot that provides invite tracking, giveaway management, leveling systems, message counting, and server management features. The Bot is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. You may not:
- Use the Bot to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the Bot's features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Bot to spam, harass, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems
The Bot collects and stores data necessary for its operation, including but not limited to: server IDs, user IDs, invite data, message counts, and configuration settings. For detailed information about data collection and usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy section below.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Cryptoric Development. The Bot is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cryptoric Development shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or any other issues.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Your Privacy Matters
This Privacy Policy explains how Invite+ ("the Bot") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Bot, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
The Bot collects the following types of information:
- Server Information: Server ID, server name, server icon, and member count
- User Information: User ID, username, discriminator, and avatar
- Invite Data: Invite codes, inviter information, and invite statistics
- Message Data: Message counts and message statistics (content is not stored)
- Leveling Data: XP points, levels, and rank information
- Configuration Data: Bot settings, custom messages, and preferences
- Giveaway Data: Giveaway details, participants, and winners
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Bot's functionality
- Track invites and generate statistics
- Manage giveaways and select winners
- Calculate levels and XP for the leveling system
- Count messages and generate leaderboards
- Store and apply server-specific configurations
- Improve and optimize the Bot's features
Your data is stored securely in MongoDB databases with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your server uses the Bot. When the Bot is removed from a server, configuration data may be retained for a period to allow for easy re-setup if the Bot is re-added. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your data is used solely for the operation of the Bot. Data may be displayed publicly within Discord through leaderboards and statistics commands as configured by server administrators.
You have the right to:
- Access your data stored by the Bot
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt-out of data collection by removing the Bot from your server
Our dashboard uses session cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that track your behavior across other websites.
The Bot is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
